I purchased a compressor for my Evol 30 but the fill whip doesn't fit the male nipple that comes in the Evol. AAA recommend me to Air Tank Plus but honestly dont want to spend 80$ on a fill whip. Any recommendations out there? Can i maybe build one?

I had the same issue. I replaced the fitting on my fill whip with one of these and it fits fine.

Im using the whip that came with the compressor. I just unscrewed the old fitting and screwed on the new one.

I also used an Air Venturi fill whip that came with my Air Venturi Wingman SCBA tank. Worked fine.

Get quality fill whips and fittings. Lesser quality whips and fittings are not somewhere to try to save a few dollars. I like the manufacturing quality of Huma Air's stuff. There's a lot of other places to get high pressure air fittings too, but they may not have the quality, and tight manufacturing tolerances.

Microbore fill hose for high pressure air or pcp airguns. Working pressure 400 bar and G1/8 bsp female treaded couplers on both sides.

I've got a couple of these too. I will lightly file and sand down the knurling to a smaller diameter to fit in the fill ports easier and not as sharp if knocked into the gun's.

Because it is made of soft brass/bronze it was manufactured bigger and beafier to withstand failing when used with high pressure air. Stainless steel foster fittings are smaller diameter and will probably come with a HPA rating.

all you really need is a different female quick coupler. Question is what threads do you have. Most likely it’s 1/8th BSPP. Could also be m10x1.0 - these 2 threads are very similar.
Most US manufacturers use NPT. Take it apart and post a pic.
