Recent discussions about youth springers have praised the Umarex Embark. Despite its grass green stock, I set out looking to buy one. Every place I searched was out of stock or hinted that the rifle is discontinued. I purchased a Ruger Explorer, instead, which is similar. Does anyone know if Umarex has actually retired the Embark?

Umarex Exit The Embark?

Since the Embark is primarily for the Student Air Rifle Program, most of the inventory goes to them. They do have some for sale on their retail site from time to time.

Amazon and all of the online airgun retailers advertise the Embark. No one has any for sale. If it hasn't been dropped from the Umarex line, I wish they would produce it in a conventional color. The Kermit Frog rendering cannot boost sales.
