expert HPA air tanks vs air venturi and omega

i'm sure this topic has been covered before , but i had not seen much on it for couple years. ExpertHPA seems to bring a higher quality product to market. i have an air venturi and an omega tank and they seem ok, however i am looking for more definitive experience on the matter. anyone with the expertHPA tanks? why did you go with them , and have they convinced you to stay with them? thanks
 
Forgive me here, a tank holds air, I hook the tank to the gun fill the gun, turn the valve off and bleed the fill line. no leaks. What more can you ask for? Good picture of a girl or guy or goat on it OK. If it's DOT certified and in Hydro, is there more??

excellent question! that's why i posted in the first place. rumor is EX-HPA uses stronger tolerances with their gauges and hoses which is the key failure areas. pretty sure all tanks require hydro testing every 5 years and have 15 year max life. but i can't swear to this , that's why i'm asking.

I have only owned expert HPA air tanks, so that’s all I can speak about. I bought my Tiger Shark tank with all options a little over 5 years ago. I bought a Guppy tank with all options today. I wanted a smaller tank to keep on different floors of my my house so I don’t have to lug one up and down stairs. When I go to my local indoor range, I only want to shoot 5-10 mags anyway, and the Guppy will be easier. I can even fill the little tank from the bigger one, and I do have a Bauer Jr II compressor.

Anyone who wants to mess with 4,500 psi using a dinged up outdated tank with foreign hoses and fittings of questionable quality, be my guest.- I’ll stick with Joe B, my eyes, limbs and life aren’t worth trying to save a few bucks.

Save a few bucks, it's all good. Until it ain't. I'll buy less expensive guns to tinker with but the air tanks/fittings will only be the highest quality I can find going forward.

not looking to cheap out. i was looking to compare new grade tanks. now air venturi and omega are priced equally. now with a "air hog" strap and bracket assembly brings the cost to about $100 less than joe B's tank. this is the 100 cu ft tank size. joe b's tank would come with an extra gauge that moniters existing tank pressure which i like a lot. so , in the end , i most likely go with expert HPA for all my future tank purchases.
