Update: To verify function (thanks for the nudge Tom!) I aired up the Steyr (got my new Great White tank), mounted a scope and took it for a test drive in a local canyon near my home here in So. AZ. Shooting off a rest from the tailgate of my pickup, I sighted in the scope at 25 yds, took about 6 shots..... The test target that came with the Steyr was shot with JSB 14.25g pellets so that's what I started with. Fired a 10 shot string over my chrono with a 943 fps avg and 4.24 fps std dev. I also fired a 10 shot string using JSB 15.89g which averaged 916 fps with 2.64 fps std dev.

The chrono shots were taken on target to be used for group info. Wind was from r to l. The 14.35's grouped at .375" with all the dispersion being horizontal. The vertical was .125". The 15.89's grouped at .312" with the vertical at .250". Looks like this thing will shoot!
