Extreme FT Targets

Here is an example of the new Extreme FT targets than Ben S and Mike S have been working on. Good up to 100 FPE but also work down to 12 FPE at 55 yards for regular FT. Variable aperture sizes from 3/8 to almost 3 inches. All kinds of shapes and sizes as shown by @franklink in the Jan 2021 match report.

Those are some great looking. targets Mike. My boys think they are hilarious and of course started asking me right away...”Dad, can we get Elmo, Barney, the Energizer Bunny and The Michelin Man targets?” “Dad, can you get us some?” “When dad, those look fun?” It looks like Ben and Mike are knocking out some awesome looking targets. Being able to shoot them with from a 12FPE to a 100FPE is so great and aperture sizes from 3” down to 3/8” means we can basically set these up anywhere from 20yds to 160yds. We’d need a loooong piece of string but you get my point, It looks like a super bunch of guys and an awesome time. I wish the boys and I weren’t so far away.

You guys made those targets very sensitive, great job. I wonder if they still lock up with a split? 

I wonder why more than half of them wouldn't fall in the January match, lol. Couldn't be because I kept missing/ JK.

Hell @steve123 we couldn't hit them with the .22LR. Thinking the wind was playing with us that day!!

Speaking of that - This is a good time to do a shameless plug for my evil agenda(Snidely Whiplash Laugh) of suggesting we employ a few streamers up on the hill. 

Apparently the mighty rimfire is affected by wind also......

Great targets, I like that they are multi useful from 12 fpe up to 100 fpe. Maybe add Bart Simpson and pokemon to the mix? 

Also. A suggestion for the summer. What if we were to combine the 20fpe class with the 100 fpe class Xtreme FT matches on same weekends up North (Mormon lake) and have a double shoot. Just an idea but not sure if all the logistics would work out.
