I'm not sure what his official title for Falcon is, but I've maintained conversation with Nick Watts for a couple years now. Always quick to respond.
Couple weeks ago I got out the gun that my X50 lives on. Hadn't touched it in a while. I was pretty concerned to find the sidewheel just spinning, never stopping like it should.

Took NIck all of 9 minutes to respond.
And he was spot on. It was as simple as the grub screws holding the side parallax turret cap working themselves loose over the 4+ years that I've owned this scope. With the sidewheel on there, I'd never even noticed it has the grub screws underneath the side wheel.
Anyway, it's been a few weeks but felt it was awesome customer service and wanted to recognize them for it.
