I had a piece on my Hawke airmax side focus knob come loose and lost it so I contacted them through email and the very next day they responded back and a couple days later I had the part I lost in my mail box. Thats great customer service. Thats twice they have hooked me up now the first was a warranty issue and they just replaced a the scope that was damaged by a rws 48. Actually upgraded it. These guys stand by their products and dont make you wait or leave you wondering if they got your email. Thanks Hawke optics you have a happy, loyal customer.
