N/A Favorite Springer Shooting Position?

Something just mentioned in another post makes me wonder what everybody’s favorite shooting positions are. With my air rifles I shoot this way most of time. Rifle, rocking chair, table, pellets, drink, binoculars and of coarse my phone. Pictures please.

I shoot this way almost exclusively. Table for pellets drink protective blanket to lay gun on when it gets too heavy. Been shooting from this p

osition since 2010. Surprisingly accurate from

this position. Two five shot groups I shot Friday with two different guns at 30 yards. Springers PCP from same position.

Knelling or off sticks sitting, are my favorite. How ever I will stand, sit, rest on natural objects and even lay prone on occasion. To simulate different situations.

AGH..... You`re right c_m, but it goes for my springers too.

If I'm serious like checking the sights on a rifle I use a table and bag rest. Most of the time I knock around cans and other reactive targets from my deck, sitting in my favorite chair and using a mono stick for support.

My favorite shooting position is, offhand shooting up into the pine trees around the place, whacking the tree rats with my HW35E. ;-)

I also prefer sitting. I use my portable hunting stool when I practice. It's my most comfortable position and most of the game I shoot is taken from this position.

I like to shoot holding the gun with my elbows on the table. I'll steady my left forearm on a towel covered 6x6.
