Feedback on Mundilar's customer service.

Hello,
Has anyone on here ever dealt with Mundilar's customer service?
I have purchased an air rifle from them which has arrived damaged (in France) and they are not returning my emails and I'm getting a little bit worried...

If you have dealt with Mundilar's customer service, how long did it take them to get back to you?

Good news, Mundilar has finaly replied to my emails and is now helping me resolve the problem.
