Is it possible to mount a scope or reflex sight on one of these pistols without drilling/tapping the receiver?

Probably not.
When Doc Beeman was selling them he drilled and tapped.
There maybe some type of clamp-on system.
Some .45acp pistols used a amount that went under the right hand grip.
Maybe one of those could be modified.
Too, with the new more powerful adhesives available, maybe you could type a rail on.
