I think there ARE a few tuners that can do it. But its not a really simple thing to accomplish. Mainly, the post reg "firing chamber" should be bit larger,
and the reg pressure increased, plus a heavier striker hit to work with the higher pressure. A longer barrel really helps, but might not be an absolute must.
I used to do stuff like that, but I learned not to.
