Filling a 100cu inch tank?

It's a little unclear what you mean on the tank - the title says "100 cu inch", and if that means 100 cubic inches of "water volume" for the tank then you'll have no issues filling it with your compressor. But in the post you wrote "100 cu" and that is confusing, since @rodm1 thinks it is a big tank, and I don't know what to think it is.

Please clarify . . .

Airgun Depot offered an laminated stock Avenger in .25 with the free air tank, I believe it stated 100cu small 4lb tank. I have a scuba tank and know little about the newer tanks. I just check and it's 100c inch. Charles

I have a CS4 and a 1.6 litre (100 cu inch) cf tank. It fills to 4500 psi. My CS4 handles it easily. Initial fill took a minute (I run compressor 20 minutes and just the water pump 20 minutes and it took roughly 5 iterations to fill). I only top it off now and it does so in 8 to 10 minutes. I use the CF tank to fill my Notos to 3625 several times. So the tank never drops below 3625 psi. I hope this helps.

I see your being cautious with your Gx . They run very cool compared to the predominant faster pumps. They can run for hours without a head temperature much over 100f. I know I’m sticking my nose in where not asked.
Here‘s a crazy over engineered take on Gx4 cooling.

A little cautious, sure. but not as elaborate as what; is shown in the image <grin> (That's a bit of overkill). I do use this though since it's low phosphate (PH) as recommended.

Coolant I use (recommended by someone, can't remember who)

The GS4 is expensive so not easily replaced, which mandates a bit of cautious use I believe.

When I first got it ran for 5 hours 10 minutes straight. So 10 minutes over recommended max Haa ha ho!
but then a fellow poster put an exterior radiator on and my mechanic side took over. Coolant is some thing
they use in bigger computers, got on amzon
