I have an Omega 75 cu-ft 4,500 psi carbon fiber tank and an Omega Air Charger. Can I use the hose that came with the carbon fiber tank (with a female Foster fitting), or do I need a special set-up? I was planning on using the hose that came with the tank and a double-male Foster coupling to connect the tank to the compressor.

I'm no expert but I certainly think that's how to fill it as long as the male/male fitting is also 4500psi rated. That's what I planned on doing when/if I get a compressor. Hopefully someone that's doing it will chime in.

OldCorps, thanks for that :). That's my reasoning, as well. The tank is a 4,500 psi tank, so I believe it is reasonable to infer that the hose that came with it is rated for that pressure. That set-up would certainly be a heck of a lot more convenient, as it would preclude changing the fitting each time I want to fill my tank. However, I keep hearing that I need a different DIN fitting. I'm gonna have a heart-to-heart with AOA tomorrow.
