First off before my question I've seen a lot of post/searching also about Nitrogen. Maybe a sub category would be beneficial.
My question is what fitting, hoses, or regulators are needed to fill from a Nitrogen tank? I seen some folks filling straight from a tank, this makes me a little nervous. I understand it's like filling from your scuba tank to the rifle but you should of seen the pile of kittens I had the first time I cracked my scuba tank to fill the rifle.
Any photo's thoughts or set ups would be great. Just thought of something else if filling straight from tank to tank you'll need a bleeder valve also right. I'd hate to have hose slap me in the face. It'd probably be worse than a bad night at the bar.
Some folks might be wondering why I going with the nitrogen set up. As always cost. At this point in time I can not afford afford the out of pocket expense of a compressor. I've seen to many horror stories about the Chinese compressors. I'd buy one, like I'd own a Ford. Something I might have to work on every time I started it. With nitrogen in a tank it's dry nothing to go wrong, I'm still shooting and saving some money for a reliable air compressor and a dryer.
Oh side note I live in the part of the country where to actually own a bottle is unheard of with the gas suppliers. Our gas our way. I've got propane tanks for my grill nobody will touch.
Thanks
