FINALLY MADE UP M MIND!

Hello out there in PCP world! I did it after prolly > 200 vids on 20ish different guns I bought my first PCP...I couldn't just start out with a beginer level, and see how I like it nope...I went all in and got me a new wildcat.mk3 sniper with a optisan scope. Since I don't really know what I'm doing I was taking recommendations doing research and trying to make a smart decision. Wasn't sure about the scope it's what UA suggested to me...gotta trust someone in this process. Look out bird feeder raiding tree rats. Might have to try the 1721 card trick in a few months also. There was always a moment of silence in my ever more crowded place I call home, when I shot a squirrel with my 10/22. Now only the squirrel will know

; )

Many thanks to shooter 1721, AE&A, teds holdever, and air gun channel ( almost bought the caiman after that vid) ...and many others for your work. All the info was very helpful

Any suggestions for what will make this a better experience?

Thanks

Wow, You really jumped in with both feet. It took me about two months and an entry level PCP before I jumped in big time. Like you I watched a ton of vids and researched countless guns before deciding on my purchase. I have a champagne taste and a beer pocket book so I looked for what I believed would satisfy what I wanted. I settled on the Zbroia Kozak tactical. I have only had the rifle about two weeks and love it so far. I haven't had the opportunity to shoot it a lot yet but what little I have I am satisfied with my purchase.

Hope you enjoy your new rifle, too. Shoot straight and often.

Initially I was going to be brave and use a good hand pump. Found out for a person who works hard at work, but doesn’t want to at play that was a bad idea. They said it would take 30 minutes or so to fill a tank. I said 30 minutes or 30 pumps did I hear you right? They said 30 minutes maybe more. I said let’s talk about Plan B and C even if it cost more. 74 cu air venturi. So I’m all in.

So right now I wait.
my bride looks at the pic and says “thats pretty”. I told her to get her own it was mine but I see another potential gun in the future. Cheers to all and happy fourth

Shilo1944. Looked hard at that gun. It looks like a good gun I’m going on a memory seems like they had them at Georgia air gun. Amazed in how many good guns are out if eastern Europe. Airmaks also was on short list. You are liking this gun?

Yes, I bought it from Georgia Air Gun. I paid the additional to have Charlie tune it. It shoots like a laser and the trigger pull is awesome. I am currently getting a tank and fill kit so I can quit using the hand pump. I am old and pumping gets old real fast.
