After dealing with the funeral arrangements for my dad. I headed down to the local dairy to clear my head and blood the Sniper. This rat decided to oblige me at 45 yards. Sent a JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy and it was DRT. There were sparrows in the rafters, so I dialed the Sniper down to level 1 shooting Crosman Premiers at 653 FPS and downed a dozen of them. Many fell where I couldn’t recover them. The shots were 15 yards tops, delivering about 11 FPE with the Premiers. This rifle is really shining in that it is quite effective at low power. Also, I love not having to keep track of how many shots I’ve taken. I’m getting over 100 shots from 230 bar fill down to 150 bar.
