Just wanted so share my success from this weekend. Took a doe with the Texan to put in the freezer and feed the family. Thanks to the community, been lurking and gathering info, and a big thanks to Mr. Hollowpoint for his expertise. Even though I wasn't shooting his slugs yet, just didn't have time to sight in again. She was taken with a 350gr NSA hollow point.

70 yard shot, she went maybe 30 yards.

Thanks. Broadside shot, hit midline on the body but a little back from where I was aiming. Definitely could've been me, but still hit the lungs.
