First raccoon and some questions

I prefer over 50ft lbs. The more you shoot coons and possums the more you realize how tough they can be.

I just talked to someone has shot two raccoons in the head with a 9 mm Hollow point from a pistol. Both raccoon still did the death dance. My opinion is confirms that they all do the death dance even if you blow the brains to bits. So don't feel guilty if they wiggle for a minute after you penetrate their brains with a small pellet.
