jAbout to go on a tandem bicycle ride with my wife, but had to squeeze off five beforehand. This is from my second Atomic from the “We the Plinkers” package. The trigger is sweet and the gun delivers as you can see. Was confirming POI at 15 and 25 yards. She will become my designated ratter. Did I mention I love my Atomics. Bad ass little guns.

It is a nice little scope, the IR is very useable at all settings and the glass very clear and sharp to my eyes. And though I prefer MOA or MIL FFP scopes, I like it a lot, at 2x it’s very useable at close range. At 12x good on small pests for me from 40 to 50 yards. If strictly target shooting there are better scopes. The “We the Plinkers” package is a good value, I like the case very much, the 0DB moderator is sweet and the scope/rings and gun? Ready to go, just sight her in. And if you ultimately don’t like the scope. Simply switch it out.

Those CPHP’s have shot well in everything I’ve tried them in…both my Brocock Snipers and my HW 45. For high volume ratting, those things would be the ticket. The CPHP’s are kinda the unsung hero of the pellet world…

And in my humble…ahem…opinion, the 2-12 power range is perfect for a field gun. I topped my Sahara Sniper with a Swamp Fox Kentucky Long in 2-12 and I’m really digging it.

Have to agree, for plinking and sub 60 yard pesting they are my go to pellet. Simply a good value for the volume of shooting I do.
