Fix parts

I’ve waited almost two months on a new power adjustment screw for my maverick. It had the old style grub screw that was known to eat into the power wheel. The only part they wanted to warranty was the screw, I had to buy the power wheel that was chewed up. Well instead of sending me the new style cap head screw, I got sent the old style grub screw. I’m starting to be very disappointed in fx. 
I may just have to get one made since it is an odd size c

with no replies on this I wonder if it was even FX that made the mistake.... i've never had issues once I talked to the Tech department to make sure I was asking for the right parts. lol

I have, kinda. They sold me parts to convert my .30 barrel to use a .22 700mm barrel liner that utah was advertising as "in stock" but wasn't actually available and wouldn't be for many months. FX is their supplier so they would've known the part utah was advertising was a long way from coming to market. FX refunded my money after I found out. This was years ago. I understand they're doing better now.
