Fixed power FFP scope?

While perusing scopes on various sites, I came across the Optisan CP F1 MH10 scope

I don’t have a FFP scope right now, but I was under the impression that their main benefit was that the reticle size changes with the magnification. Since this is fixed power, what is the benefit? What am I missing?

If it's fixed power, there isn't any functional difference between FFP and SFP scopes, other than the cost of manufacturing. I imagine SFP would dominate fixed-power scopes.
Exactly .. a FIXED X power is just that a FIXED & does not categorize as FFP or SFP best as I understand it.
