DeSoto airgunners shoot in Arcadia.

I started back in 1975 at Eglin AFB while living in base housing. I made a pellet trap and shot from one bedroom down hall and into another bedroom. They finally established an "air gun range" just a designated location, all a sandy dune on west side of the bay, a messy place to shoot, so I only tried it once.

Just east of Tampa, can only manage 27yds in the backyard. Looking for someplace longer to shoot. Joined Central Florida Airgunners a few months back, but all the shoots are about 3 hours away for me.

Have they ever established a air gun club? Then its got to id think they frown on lead being used anymore..

Yep drive through there every time we go to Alabama to see the In-laws. We get off I-75 in Gainesville.

I’m in Lake Panasoffkee in Central Florida. Besides my 22 backyard range I use the indoor range in The Villages. March 21st I’ll be going out for turkey and hogs using my .30 cal Impact.

I thought only Villages residents could shoot there.

No idea about any "club" that was 47 years ago and it was just a designated, uncontrolled area where one could shoot airguns outdoors.

I run a club called South Florida Airgunners in broward county. Once the range opens up there I will be bouncing back and forth for our shoots. I have a monthly shoot/meet every last sunday of each month. If you even need a shooting partner let me know I love to just sit around and shoot. I shoot targets and will hunt iguana. I am in Margate so not too far. Pcp, springers, pistols, bb, pellet, slug. .177-.357(.50 coming soon)
