Spied on Facebook today. This is a Webley Tempest action - with the barrel and entire internal action REVERSED - and a weird multiple-needle injector gizmo added to the front. It's a tool for tattooing the ears of racing greyhounds...!

I believe this absolutely takes the cake as the most unusual modification of an airgun I have ever seen. Wow.

I forgot to mention it's not a one-off, but was apparently made in some quantity. Note the serial number in the first photo.
