For Those Looking for a Great New Scope Take a Look at Riton

I would like to suggest Riton. They are a veteran owned business, and they offer a whopping 40% discount to active and retired military and also to law enforcement!

My $409 scope was discounted down to $245.50. I received it this weekend and put it through some tests on my M3 and I absolutely love it! I went with the 1 Conqueror in 6-24x50 FFP with MOA adjustments. The sight picture is vivid and clear. Sighting in was quick and easy and I love the zero stop turrets.

I did have an issue getting the discount from the retailer they ask you to sing up with, but after calling Riton direct I was able to order on the phone after providing proof of my military service. The salesperson was extremely helpful, and the ordering process was painless. The scope arrived 2 days after the purchase date.

I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. I wish I would have jumped up to the next level scope on this order after it dawned on me how much money I was saving!

These below have a very nice wide FoV — while at the same time they have a high top end magnification. That's hard to find....

It's the marketing speak for obscuring the fact that they aren't made in America. While the company may play a role in design and do some quality control, warranty and customer service they are mainly a marketing operation. Just like Athlon, Vortex, and so many others. Credit to Riton for actually building out an informative website, better than Leupold's (which does American based assembly of foreign manufactured components).

It's like calling food "natural" instead of "organic".

Someday someone will use Corning Glass and American made aluminum to make truly American made scopes AGAIN but not holding my breath.

This is not completely true. They are in the process of moving their manufacturing to the USA and some of their high-end scopes are already made here. I can't say every component is made here or will be, but at least they are trying to move in the right direction.

The problem as always is American made goods cost so much more. If they made every component here, would you pay 3x more?

I'll support a veteran owned operation everyday over a big box brand if the product is good no matter where it's made...
