I placed an order for a grip for my BRK ghost from Form Rifle stocks in england at the middle of september. I am in the united states. 2 months later I still havent received it. They included it in a shipment to a retailer in the states to distribute, louthan gunworks in early october. They charged me $20 shipping only to do that. They do not indicate that anywhere on their website. They are slow to respond. Now they are looking into it to find out whats going on as they say its not a normal time for their products to arrive.
They may have decent products (they look nice but I wouldnt know if its good or not since Ive yet to receive mine) but if you are outside england I would avoid at all costs.
UPDATE: I received the grip on 11-7-23 when I got home. Almost two full months after my order was placed. I mailed them to let them know I had finally received it as they had been looking into the status for me. Their reply was: "I am very sorry that this has been the case. That is the standard charge for shipping sent to your area. They get sent out as part of a larger shipment and once it is received by Louthan the time they get them cleared and sent out varies. I will provide them with some feedback."
They made no effort to make it right, credit shipping etc. 2 months is rather excessive when I have received things from england within a week or sometimes days. Including the order with others in a bulk shipment to Louthan while still charging $20 shipping is wrong. ESPECIALLY when they make no indication of this when placing the order. They updated the order on Oct 9th saying that it would be part of a larger shipment being sent out that week to Louthan. So it was almost a month to the day that they stated that and that I received it.
The grip appears to be quality, though it is slick, especially in dry hands. It is smallish as I can only fit 3 fingers on it and have to put my pinky under it. The hole for the mounting bolt wasnt cleared and I had to use a phillips screwdriver to clear it. It did come in a nice case that I may use to put a chrono in.
Just know to expect excessive delays in getting things you order. They charge you the day you place the order not when shipping it.
