Hi All,

One of the guys who has been coming to our weekend shoots has decided he wants to try his hand at bench rest shooting. He has been a great help to alot of the vets we take out so want to surprise him with it.

Would like to stick with .30 and is new to the sport so something that is fairly easy for a newbie to get accustomed to and tune (if need be) etc. 

Budget of 2k and PayPal for pmt.
