Are they real? Ive been waiting quite a while on some parts that just says “ shipping label created” curious to see if anyone has dealt with them.

They are definitely real. I think it’s basically a one man operation with no phone number listed anywhere which in itself would make me avoid. Totally legit company probably will just take longer as it isn’t a staffed company but a single guy.

I have read posts about Fox being poor at communication many times. The info provided is the same every time: slow.
I am all about supporting small businesses but sometimes certain practices of those businesses aren't a good fit for every customer.
Bottom line: one will get what they need eventually. Just hurry up and wait. Fox always seems to come through eventually.
I get the impression that Fox is a side businesses in addition to his regular 9 to 5.
