Quick question for the group. I placed my Utah Air Guns yesterday during their Black Friday deals. There was no free shipping option yesterday. This morning I see that they have added free shipping to their Black Friday deals. I asked them if I could also get free shipping since I just placed my order yesterday on Thanksgiving). They told me that I could not get free shipping. My question is do you all agree that it is odd to advertise your BF deals and then after a couple days of customers making orders you then make the deal even better by adding the free shipping offer. Seems like poor customer service to me. Not a huge deal as my shipping was only $15 but I just wanted to see other's opinions. Thanks.

I agree they should honor the free shipping. My suggestion - cancel yesterday's order and reorder with free shipping. If this happens to them enough they will realize the administrative cost in cancel and reorder isn't worth not honoring the deal. One other thought - ask to speak to the manager!

Why even order from utahairgun? Black Friday and all they can offer is free shipping lmao. Shipping usually is only $8-10. Not much save when other airgun dealer offer free shipping all the time with purchase of $150 or more. And then add discounts 10-20% off purchase too. Also note to above users, you can not cancel an order from Utah airgun. They will charge you a restock fees.

No, not just free shipping. They also had great prices on pellets. They started their Black Friday ad a few days ago with great pellet prices but no free shipping. I made my order yesterday for pellets and then this morning they added the free shipping to their current Black Friday deals.

I just tried using the code they have posted for the free shipping and it's not working. So much for that deal!
The website accepts the coupon, but doesn't give an option for free shipping, it's still charging the $10.54. I was ready to give them some business, but it will probably be over by time they fix it!

Well, they got it working! I sent them a text, and never got a reply, but just checked again and it has the option to choose free shipping now!
