No, nothing bad happened. Yesterday our parent shooting club held our annual meeting and some of the items discussed made me want to post this as a reminder to MD’s. We are having all MD’s, airgun included, attend a first-aid trauma course. Granted most shooters at our club are powder, but the point is the same, first-aid, kits, and emergencies.
So, as a friendly reminder, check and re-supply your first-aid kits if needed, grab a spare kit, and maybe consider a first aid refresher course or adding emergency eyewash. And depending on your locale, some extra training/items might be included such as treating dehydration, rattlesnake bites, etc. Despite our best efforts and track records, accidents can and do happen. And when they do we can be prepared.
