I have heard of people using pressures above 1200 psi but I wouldn’t do it. This gun was designed to run on co2. I wouldn’t run this gun with anything more than 1200 psi which is what co2 pressure can get to on a very hot day.

As far as what’s wrong with your gun it could be a few things. You could try rebuilding the reg or getting a new one since you want one with higher pressure. Air Venturi has a 13ci bottle with an 1100psi reg. Should get you up to 600-700 fps. Try contacting Mason Dawson, he’s an expert on the drozd. Here’s his email:

this was the board that came in it. It's some modified version, not sure who makes it. The gun never worked right so I put a stock board back in it. If the air psi was the problem the whole time I might try and put this back in it.
I ordered some 88g co2 also just to see what happens.

I am still looking for one but I was scammed on this site some month ago when trying to buy a SMG-22 so the only way I'd agree to a buy or trade something is if I received item/money first and then paid for or sent the item to the other part. You seem to be in the US and I'm in the EU and from experience the price will most likely be too high regardless :(

Im sorry to hear. I would agree to safe payments methods for both of us.im not sure how shipping into EU I'd have to look into it. Unfortunately they are kinda pricey now mine are around $1000 budget 😕

$1000 for a Drozd is way too much for me. I had a talk with the guy in Russia who makes the modded circuit boards for them and I could get one from him for about $400-500. It's still very pricey for a airgun that retails for around $200 but with sanctions against Russia it's very hard to get certain products from there.

I was not the only one to get scammed by him it seems. I was too trusting, he sent me pictures of it, picture showing his ID card and everything but in the end he never sent me anything and the Revolut payment provider refused to refund me as did my bank because they said it was Revoluts responsibility.
I had never used Revolut before and asked about their buyers protection and they said I was fully covered but it turns out they lied to me...

There are no restrictions on full auto or power levels in Finland where I live, only rule is if it's above .25 and designed AND intended to shoot metal bullets it requires a FAC.

I took a chance, I didn't have much faith as he was such a new member but when I asked for a picture of his ID next to the gun he provided it without question so I thought he was legit. Price he wanted for the gun was also comparable to the ones that had sold in the member classified so it wasn't one of those too good to be true deals either.

So all I can say is if the person is new to the forum only deal with them if they are willing to pay or send you the item first. If they aren't willing to do that and their account is less than a month old it's probably a scam. Then again I have read about people spending years of forums helping build up the community and then scamming as many people as possible in as short a time as possible. Usually by saying something like "I'm closing down my business so I'm selling off all leftover stock real cheap". People see a good deal from a trusted community member and want to help out an "old friend" at the same time.
A person doing this can make $100-200 000 quite easily and then simply disappear but it draws more attention than if you scam $500 here and there...

Blacklisting people does nothing as you can simply create a new account with a new name. Law enforcement usually do nothing, best you can hope for is a refund from the bank. Had I used paypal like I usually do I could probably have gotten my money back.

I live in finland too and maybe help to get fully tuned drozd black bird! I have been lots of emails to russia who makes the boards (sergey) and mason dawson in usa is also guy who i been with lots of questions about how to get max power and everything else you need know! I also talk with mason if i send some parts to him tuning, but that norway guy also makes the tuning. There is a guy in norway engineer that promise to tune to gun, but if you want more information send me a message or you phone number we can call each other and talk to finnish and maybe order together! But much more easier if you or i just call and talk finnish! Maybe you have something knowledge about this issue that i dont have! Contact me if you are interested! I think this is the best pcp gun on market nad the most funniest! I also have owned drozd wayback 10 years ago, but i cannot get it work and sell it!

Not really looking that seriously at the moment because I have so many other airguns coming. If you can get me a Drozd for €250 or modded for €350 I'd be interested.
