FWB fwb 124 worth in todays market ?

Bought my FWB 124D in 1983 just before I got married during the days you would drool over a Beeman's catalog and send in a mail order form (guess you could call long distance too). I remember it was a difficult decision between the FWB 124D and the Beeman R1 which had just come out. You just had to just wait and wait for the surprise to show up or call long distance. Good thing is this airgun purchase makes it easy to remember my wedding date.

Too bad it didn't say 1111w for the model. Then you'd have a walnut.

Imo an FWB 124D in good condition just bare gun is worth $400.
Everything goes up from there.
I know mine i wouldn't sell for a penny less than $750.

Mine is mint, zero rust spots no scratches anywhere.
124 D that I bought in 1982.
Bought with the classic Beeman Blue Ribbon 66R scope, scope stop.
I bought a Webley Pro System Moderator from Robert Beeman collection rolled up some screen door screen to put inside it, adds a nice handle and balance.
I also bought an original 1960s Flaig Ace trigger shoe from Beemans collection which makes the trigger feel much nicer.
Nice leather strap, nice leather case.

Had a Maccari pro Mac kit installed about 10 years ago
The usual FWB 124 tack driver

Every single time the gun was touched for 43 years it was wiped down thoroughly with MP-5 oil.

If I ever do sell it it means I am on my way out and it will be treated like an adoption.
If within a few hundred miles will hand it off in person.

I bought my 124d very early in 1975 from Air Rifle Headquarters for just over 1/4 that price.
