FWB FWB 300 shooting poorly has a post on the AGF in the UK

i have never read a thread on a poor shooting FWB 300 and the poster on the UK forum seems to know what he is do
new buffer
new breech seal
good or normal power
using a scope and the scope has been changed
screws have been checked
shooting at 25 meters and use many pellets

He doesn’t mention if he knows its history, just that it’s his.
If he bought it used I would check the barrel with a borescope.
If everything is good internally it’s gotta be the rifling or crown. I love mine.

I've had seven different ones and each shot very well. All of mine like JSB 7.87 gr domed pellets. His barrel may need a good cleaning and I would also check the muzzle crown. There may be a small ding in it.

i know i was thinking it was an old club gun but i believe it is not

he now says the sledges were dirty and the rifle is shooting well
i said really t=you did a rebuild and didn't clean the sledges i was not happy

Hard to believe the sled components weren’t cleaned up while laying on the bench during the rebuild??
