I just got a call from David Slade. He has my FWB 602 on his bench, and gave me a price to completely reseal and replace the cocking arm bumper, $245 and that includes return shipping. I paid 450 delivered to me from Hawaii last month knowing it needed some work, and probably about 40 shipping it to David. That makes a little over $700, This gun has a beautiful walnut stock which I have been refinishing with Tung oil over the last few weeks while the acutal "gun" has been gone.

I have one of those I bought new back in the mid 80's It still shoots fine.David rebuilt my FWB 300 S. She shoots like new. These old masterpieces must live on!
