FWB P70 vs 602 for 10m school ranch better ?

You can also get the Daisy 853 from the CMP but it is a SSP. But great for accuracy and adjustable stock length.

Hope all goes well with your endeavor. I used to run a 10m competition at the local club. Started with some adults, and one of the guys invited his 4H club, then the kids took over . Had a great time watching them grow each year both physically and their scores improving.

All of this (7.5J) was bought within a week for the price of one challenger.

That will work. Should be a good start.

Planning to shoot outside or inside? If inside, you will need some pellet traps. Depending on age and ability, may or may not want to start on the 10m air rifle target. I found the 25 yd rim fire target works pretty good for young kids. Just to give them a little confidence. The standard 10m can be pretty hard if just starting out.

Going to buy a custom built new trailer for this for now. My experience in PT(25m) and 10m competition is 40 years.

Why were you asking us about which gun to get then since you have vastly superior knowledge on this subject vs 99% of the people here. Just sayin is all.

The 602 doesn't require a air supply which is a huge convenience but you know that already. The bigger kids can handle the weight better and you won't have to manage them keeping the guns filled like the P70 does.

The P70 junior probably best for the littler ones due to easier cocking plus you'll be managing them continuously anyway due to their immaturity.

But definitely give the kids a adjustable jig to rest the rifle on while cocking it because fatigue is one of the most hindering aspects of offhand.

We have a county fair in our local which had cheap bb guns in a booth. None of which were sighted in, had horrible triggers, sights, and poor quality. I hated them when I was in my early teens because I owned a Diana M27. I mention this because what you plan on doing is totally amazing in comparison which I applaud you for.
