FWB300s at 25m

I mounted an Optisan CP3-12x32 scope on my FWB300s a few months ago, but never had a chance to wring it out. Today I shot a USARB target at 25m, scope set to 12 power, using 7.87 JSB Express pellets. Pellets were unsorted/unweighed and shot right from the can. Almost zero wind; if it hit 1 mph I'd be surprised. I scored using an unscientific method of placing a .22 pellet over the .177 hole. Overall score was a 219, definitely nothing great, but I think I can tighten it up with pellet inspection and weighing. I haven't tried any other pellets but the 7.87 JSBs.

I mounted a Mueller 8-32X44 Target Dot scope on mine. On a calm day, I can shoot in the 230-240 on the USARB 25M target. Fantastic rifle.

Try JSB 7.3 grn. About half a dozen shooters at my club including myself shoot these in their 300s and indoors shoot quite consistently in the 240's. One of our members recently broke the record for high overall 3 card indoor aggregate with a 240 25 x's. Also a shooter at our club recently used the same setup outdoors at a monthly scoreline shoot and managed a 707 aggregate which I believe took 3rd place in the outdoor overall springer class.
