The Hybrid slugs fit and function fine in the Eagle Vision magazines. Only issue is they will tilt to the side when you are trying to put the cover on and make it difficult to get it on right. That is the big issue I had with the Eagle Vision mags before with pellets and other slugs.

I just received one of the new MKII impact magazines. The Hybrids fit in them just fine. Also they seem to be held in place better as well. Maybe they updated cut outs for the pellets/slugs. I can't tell as I don't have one of the old style mags with me at the moment.

I think it would be best if you would get it from another manufacturer. That's precisely what I did, and I don't regret it one bit. It might fit a little looser or tighter, but it will still be reliable. FX probably made a mistake in the Impact design by not allowing more room in the magazines for longer slugs. I got a new one from https://elementarmament.com/product/aero-precision-lower-parts-kit/, and it works just as well. Even if it's a little tight, it's better than nothing. I don't think they were planning on 30 and 357 slugs for it.
