I don't have one yet but soon will after me and my dad purchase a fx streamline, does anybody know if I have to stop pumping after 5 minutes so the cylinder doesn't heat up or does it matter. I'm only asking because of videos I've seen

For me being a 17 year old I found that the 3 stage got very warm after about 3 minutes and 30 seconds. I was able to fill my wildcat from 150 to 230 bar in that time frame constitanty. I would suggest stopping when it begins to get warm.
I would also say that you are going to end up with a SCBA tank if you are actually serious. I would just spend the additional money and get the tank to begin with. I lost the same amount of money on my 3 stage pump as I did selling my wildcat. I would suggest getting a used one off of this forum or another one. I am a fan of used stuff like that.

+1 on pump slowly
I used to pump until it was "that warm" and then take a break (bleed out and do something else for a while) then continue

Thank you mark Walt I an serious I will be getting a tank shortly after I have the streamline I am just going for the pump so I can have it sooner
