Happy to help it's a daunting topic to get everything you need and a LOT of research.
Fill station - $400 - fair price, this is what I paid for mine back in 2019 maybe 2018. With COVID driving everything up you're not getting swindled. 4500 PSI CF bottle and what I would assert as the best valve in the industry.
Compressor -- I'll let someone else answer, I see a YH pictured, but it says Brand: MS WGO so I'm not sure. I only own a low-pressure Yong Heng in my shop compressor. I run CE-750 in it and there is no odor at all. What was in there before stank like gear oil. Nasty smell. No idea if you can run ST-755 in the LPA YH but I'd think so? Don't forget you'll need oil to splash lubricate everything. It's as loud as any shop compressor I've ever used. It comes with a brass sintered "muffler" which is actually an air input filter (semi-effective?) so you might want to get an actual paper air filter for it. That's down the road though.
Filters -- I like this, esp the coalescing/condensate tower but the second charcoal filter isn't what you need. People toss a few "tampon" filters on the bottom/top and then stuff it with molecular sieve. Can folks here suggest an alternative? No need for a charcoal breathing air filter, you want to remove moisture.
