I've had the FX Dreamline with the arrow kit for over a year now and can tell you I have really enjoyed it. I use it on my archery targets to 30 yards and it has my sons and their wives coming back for more. The Dreamline is trouble free, excellent trigger, easy to cock and accurate platform for the arrow barrel kit. I mounted a Hawke XB1 scope on it and it is working great for shooting targets at my 40 yard range.
Arrow barrel can be installed on most FX airguns, on impact and maverick just as accurate with 3.5mm fletching. This maverick shoots the 400gn at 405fps.
So, to clarify, if using the arrow barrel on a .30 Maverick, does it matter if one orders the Dreamline or Crown kit since the .30 probe from the original Maverick will already be in place and all that's needed is the barrel and arrows?
Also, are the arrows a standard size arrow (6mm?) that slide over the barrel, and therefore, any other arrow (assuming proper spine and that the arrow inserts are glued in damn well) could potentially work?
