Can any one machine an adapter to install an fx barrel in my jsar raptor, let me know if possible or if you know anyone who can. I'm thinking of trying a .22 or 25 caliber instead of buying a complete new airgun, at least not for now

If you have drawings, I can likely machine it. If not, It'll require some reverse engineering.

Perhaps the easier method would be to machine the Raptor's breech to accept the complete FX barrel assembly. Slight modification will be required on the brass piece, but I believe it is doable.
