DEAR ALL Need Help

i need some assistance about fx bobcat mk2 . i have a problem i just bought fx bobcat mk2 when i received the gun,gun was empty of air i just fill it to 210 bar and mount the scope on it when i load the magazine and try to fire it the gun was not firing my gun is not transring air to barrel what should i do dear please help me.

I think there is problem in the regulator, its piston is stuck which is not passing air. 
1) return it to the supplier to get it fixed OR
2) degas the air tube, remove the regulator, disassembly it, clean it, hopefully it will work.

Is the air tube screwed all the way in-,loosen the little allen at the fore end that keeps the tube from spinning and gently,with the fill probe make sure the bottle /tube is seated CW.dont monkey paw it.Or loosen the other allen holding the action slightly and unscrew the tube completely and when you screw the tube back on you should hear it charge the guns air/reg chamber

i completly remove the cylinder then re insert it but nothing is doing same thing.i think rafiullah is right i think piston is stuck thats why not passing air any other idea my dears dont dry fire bobcat that will damage valve i dry fire 4 times bobcat so my valve will be okay or damaged

First of all to make sure the regulator is not passing the air, press the hammer to the valve(this step is clearly shown in the video linked below) if the valve gets pressed and still no air comes out that means there is something wrong with the regulator, but if you cannot press the valve( means the valve is locked) and the hammer has less kinetic energy to open the valve.

after cylinder removed, access the regulator as shown in the video, 

Note: If you dont know how a pcp airgun works, then i suggest dont do it by yourself. its too dangerous.

Meem- if thats a new gun from a dealer ,you haven't done anything but unscrew the air tube and admittedly dry fire a few times ,trying to figure it out..STOP now and contact dealer Monday.

when cylinder is charged we cant press hammer like that so thats y cant confirm the regulator is passing air or not or the valve assembly problem i am confused in that.but in my openion regultor is not passing to valve assembly what do u think whats ur openion about that

Initially it was only a tiny grub screw in a tiny hole where the magazine sits in the action. Now there are some more issues which I have been addressing to.
