Fx chrono fix my spin

I know it's been on here before and people installed rechargeable battery pack which i have a couple of larger universal for charging s I just soldered on a USB cable omg I can't believe how much better it works on full power this is the original fx chrono I thinks it's before the v2 just never used it because it killed batteries so fast

With a 20000mah battery so I don't have to worry about power

Agreed, it was the key to make mine useful. The sad thing is, the PCB has a footprint for a DC socket that they just didn’t populate.

Doing the battery upgrade was definitely a big help to make mine more reliable. Nice job, you shouldn’t have to charge that battery often, lol.

Not to be on the negative side but my ultimate ‘fix’ for the frustration of missed shots was that I saved up and bought a Garmin.

I have a lab radar just thought it would be easier if that worked and I know the battery will last I also have a 12 voltage craftsman battery with a adapter to a USB plug which also works in my heated jacket so it's multipurpose I don't really use the jacket heater and the other big battery is for a back up on my thermal scope

Just soldered the wires to the bottom positive and the top negative and my soldering skills suck so it's not real pretty lol
