I want to compliment FX USA on their outstanding customer service department. Have a Crown and Wildcat, that have needed parts replaced. Talking to a service technician or ordering parts has always been a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and friendly people. Very fast delivery of parts. Thanks FX

I needed parts a couple times in the last month. I never ordered parts from FX USA although I have owned FX airguns back to 1997, and did not know what to expect. It's easy! Check the schematics available online, order parts, they send you an invoice, you pay the invoice, parts are shipped. So easy even I could do it!

You can determine what they will charge by creating your own shipment to them just to determine the cost. use Fed Ex, as this is how they ship, so you will pay more living in Ca. Than people do east of the Mississippi.
