FX Customer Service

I was having trouble fitting the FX mini-mag in my Crown. Emailed FX and got an immediate response. That stunned me. Then after a few emails, I got a phone call from Johan! Whoa! A manufacturer calling a customer to help with issues? No Way! In my 65 years, that was a first. FX, give Johan a raise - superb chap and he went above and beyond.
