Have tried several brands, weights and diameters of slugs in my .22 Dreamline with Slug A 600mm barrel and NSA 17.5 and 20.2 seem best so far but 100 yard groups are running around 2.5 to 3." 17.5s are going about 1000fps and 20.2s are going about 920fps. Any pointers or tuning tips to tighten up groups? (Does have power plenum.)

Are you shooting .216, .217 or 2.18 slugs? NSA even has .2165 and .2175 slugs. I would recommend trying .218 and .2175 slugs from NSA.

The NSA ones I tried were .217 sampler pack. Just looking for a little bit better and don't know what to change on my tune to achieve it.

Play around with speed and see what the best for you is. No magic recipe and all barrels/guns aren't 100% identical.

.22 slug liner a is known to be pretty accurate with .217 slugs. Your groups aren’t even bad so just play around with slower speed and harmonic tune your gun, too bad the classic doesn’t have a power wheel but that also means you can fine tune speed with 1/8th turns of the HS.

I remember Matt saying that they don't like air turbulence behind them, so try harmonically tuning as suggested, so there's no excessive air behind it.
