FX Dreamline for WFTF ?

Does anybody have experience with the FX Dreamline or Streamline in .177 for WFTF ? Wondering how easy it is to tune it down to under 12 fpe ? Also is accuracy comparable to the Steyr 100(over 2k at krale) or the Ataman m2 ($1700 at krale) ?

If the accuracy of the field target Dreamline is comparable at about $1.5K, it seems to be a good buy. What are your thoughts ?

Thanks for all your input.

WFTF guns excel when there ES is very low, require a killer trigger and good holding ergonomics.

Being the class allows and you WANT TO USE ... butt hooks, knee rest or hamster and have a rail on forestock the FX really does not make it.

The ATTAMAN M2 has an industrial trigger with really no adjustments but blade position & 1 stage travel. NOT a WFTF worthy trigger.

Just a bit of FYI

Apparently FX is using the Aeron FT stock with the FX Dreamline action and barrel. Utah Airguns lists them. https://utahairguns.com/fx-aeroncz-dream-ft-airgun/

I found a British review of an independent shop matching of the Aeron stock and FX Streamline action and barrel. https://sureshot-airguns.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/ACZ-Streamline-Review-1.pdf

It seems like the British 12 fpe version of the FX Streamline is/was accurate. An option would be to buy a used Streamline or Dreamline and buy the Aeron stock.

Scott,

The Attaman M2S FT version (Daystate Tsar) has an adjustable trigger that can be made pretty good. Basically the same 2 stage design as MROD, RAW and others. I have one as a backup gun and like it a lot.
