FX Fx Dreamline leak

Hi I change 2 orings in the my Dreamline and its still leaking through the vent hole is it possible the reg is leaking through vent hole.

If it coming through the vent I believe it is the regulator. Change out all the reg orings.

you need to replace the 10x1.5NBR90 and the (2) 4x1.5NBR70
