FX Dreamline leaks at the bottle adapter connection of the base

Where is the air coming out from exactly? How come you just dont send it to fx to fix it?
Here the air is comming out, but WITH the plenum. I just took this photo from the internet, to show.
I dont return it to FX, cause its actually only happen WITH the plenum. Without its working at the moment.
And I dont want to wait for months, to get back my DL. :(

Sorry for asking again, but do I have to use the thin o-ring, like I have to use at the bottle adapter, with the plenum or will it be installed without?

it could also be the tiny oring on the back of the valve pin.
You mean the valve pin cap, right?
Like you already told.
Thats the only thing I've does not change, cause it looks like new.
But the other o-rings looked new too...
Maybe I will change this little ring tomorrow and give it another try.

I will report. :)

Ok friends.
In Germany we say "besser spät als nie!". ;)

I've installed the plenum without any additional o-rings. Only with some grease.
I've change the small little o-ring and closed the amp at the bottle adapter completely!
I've pumped up the gun to 100 Bar, open up the amp to 80 Bar and now its SEALING !!! :) :) :)

I cant believe it but at the moment it looks good! :)
I will wait an hour, to see if there is any small air lost or its completely sealed.

Thanks a lot to

and any others, for giving such important information and helping me!!! :)

Did you 'close the amp at the bottle adapter' by decreasing the Regulator pressure?

Sorry for the late replay.

No I've emptied my bottle complete(my problem was, that the DL is not holding the air inside!), close the amp, pump it up to 100 bar and then open it rapidly, but with love. :p
There is no other amp.

Its not recommed to adjust the amp over 160 bar or something like this, because you will **** up your O-ring inside your regulator amp.
Please correct me, when I'm telling the wrong niveau! I remember it was a maximum of 160 bar that can stand the O-rings.
I've done a amp change at 200 bars and two times my O-rings are ****ed up because of this.

It was a really funny expirience. :p
Tuning my DL, get it back to the Wall, sitting at my computer, smoke some happy flowers and after hours it began to hiss like hell.
I've runned like a little chicken to find the source of that noisy sound. :p

At this point if I were you id ship that rifle to FX and let them find out what the issue(s) are. Hopefully they will have a technician that will explain in detail what they did to repair it.
We are very fortunate to have FX USA service. Most if the time very good and reasonable timely service.
Just buy some extra “happy flowers, (smoke) / consume and before you know it you’ll be slinging lead again.

Please read the hole thread my friend! I've solved the problem already and I'm happy as ****! :)
