FX Dreamline Lite charging issue

Greetings from Sth West Australia. I picked up a new FX Dreamline Lite .22 from a dealer yesterday. It had 150bar pressure in the tank. With the FX Scuba Chaarging kit, I set up on a fresh filled scuba tank to fill the rifle. Inserting the probe into the Dreamline tank, it leaks profusely when I attempt to fill and no air enters the tank. I have tried it with the rifle cocked, un cocked. I have tried dry firing it to see if it helped the valve. I have moved the probe up and down to different depths, twisted it in the socket to different positions, but still it leaks and will not fill. The 2 x O rings on the proble look in exc condition as I biught it new. Am I doing something wrong? The shop I bought it from and the national distributor are closed. It is a long weekend here. I am 40 yrs shooting powder guns, but a total newbie here. I hpwas hoping to shott it on iur fsrm over the long weekend break, but am at a loss what to do... it has me stumped... any thoughts woukd be appreciated. Am hoping its not a dud valve...

Sounds like a probe oring or probe isn’t seated properly. Maybe not the right one. It’s definitely probe related either way. How does it feel when you insert it? Is it wobbly or loose feeling? Do the orings look like they straddle the small fill hole inside the probe hole? Is the foster fitting on the probe properly installed?

Uh oh. Were you adjusting the power wheel while the rifle was cocked? Sounds like a valve seat/valve pin issue. I couldn’t make out from your writing; is it leaking down the barrel?

It’s common with new PCP owners. Adjusting the power wheel while the rifle is cocked will damage those 2 parts. Just an FYI even if it’s not the problem.

Valve issues would mean he wouldn’t have 150bar in the tank already. This is a probe issue. Not a valve issue.

Oh I didn’t read this part. Ooooh I get it now…so the fill probe is leaking. Yeah an o-ring can look perfectly fine but also be bad. Try to apply silicone oil on the o-rings and see if that does anything.
