FX FX dreamline regulator adjustment

just bought an fx dreamline classic, took the stock off to have a look at how to adjust the amp regulator and according to the manual there is an allen screw on the bottom of the tube except there isnt - the same looking screw is on the top of the tube under the barrel and there is a big brass screw on the side that is not pictured in the manual? anyone able to point me as to what to do?

Yup. That’s the reg. My advice is degas it, unscrew the tube a little to make the screw easily accessible. Then refill. There’s a. Oring in the end of the tube behind the threads, so the tube doesn’t need to be bottomed out or tight to seal under pressure.
you mean like have it facing so i dont have to remove the stock? may do but will still have to remove stock to adjust hammer spring tension so wont make too much difference

if the brass one is the reg adjuster then that one is on the side, its the little stainless steel allen screw that is on the top which is what had me confused as that is the one that the manual says is the reg adjuster
So what is the other little screw on the regulator block for (what does it do)?
- I have one of the newer Dreamline Lite models where the regulator is between the main block and the air tube - basically looks like part of the air tube
I wanted the power plenum, so bought it with the gun, shop that I bought everything from installed the power plenum between the regulator and the air tube which basically just increased the capacity of the air tube AND extended the air tube past the end of the barrel which meant I could not fit the moderator. Turns out the newer model already has a larger plenum, so buying the "power plenum" was a waste of money.

Anyway - while struggling to unscrew all the parts (was screwed in very tight) in order to remove the useless power plenum I fiddled with that extra little screw and I'm now nervous that it is not tight/loose enough to do what it is supposed to do. Too tight might damage something, too loose may (maybe) cause a leak?
